Who Are You Developing?
A woman in ministry should be developing people. This is the model of Jesus. He loved the world, helped many and discipled a few. The majority of his time was spent developing a few. His strategy is so simple and unassuming that many of us miss it.
We live in a fast-paced, demanding world, and time is a difficult thing to give. Investing in others is a leader’s most valuable commodity. Time is valuable but time spent with a potential leader is an investment. Someone said “the person who lives for himself is a failure; the person who lives for others has achieved true success.”
